Joker, Heather Drayton

Heather Drayton looks human, seems human, even feels human. But she's not human. She's a fetch. Instead of flesh and blood, she's made of rich soil and dead dog parts, melded together and enchanted by powerful Faerie magic. The magic makes her look, think, and act like a human. It is so powerful that she, like most fetches, didn't even realize she was a fetch. She was created to replace another girl, the real Heather Drayton, now known as Erin Lamothe, when a powerful Faerie stole Erin away from everything she ever knew and loved.

Erin found Heather and awakened her to the supernatural world. Now, Heather has become part of Erin's small crew, the Harbingers. She still thinks she's human, and she thinks Erin is her long lost twin sister. It's a blissful ignorance that Erin allows to continue. Heather is happy, so why change that? She has a handsome boyfriend, a fun and exciting life, and people that she cares about.

Why shatter that illusion with the truth?

Heather is the second (and last) Joker for the deck. Since she is tied to Erin both in-game and via the cards, I decided to connect them with their theme. After talking with Erin's player some, we decided Heather would have a cabaret-style picture inspired by Liza Minnelli's performance in Cabaret
